Yeah it was weird. With such an important news we must take extra due diligence to verify the news So many vague sources but then new information dropped, official documents etc. and we could finally triangulate that this looks like real news.
I recommend to only count 2 as Lugano is not a Nation state. They're still beholden somewhat to the Swiss federal govt. Madeira to Portugal etc.
