Where did Sars-CoV-2 Originate?
To answer that question can be found in the Gain-Of-Function Spike Protein. Three unique regions not found in other Corona Viruses.
1. An HIV Pseudovirus glycoprotein 120.
2. A Proline-Arginine-Arginine- Alanine Insert.
3. A Prion-like Domain at the Receptor Binding Site (RBS).

Evidence that PRRA inserts doesn’t exist naturally
The PRRA (amino acids proline, arginine, arginine, alanine) SPIKE Protein inserts doesn't exist in any other coronavirus. S2 is the unstable part of the Spike Protein–where all the variants are occurring. S1 on the other hand is where the PRRA (Furin cleavage site) insert is.
And PRRA insert is the key to infect humans!

Smoking gun–The insert is a U.S. Government patent
2007 U.S. Govt patent rights, insertion of furin protease cleavage sites in membrane proteins. Furin is responsible for proteolytic cleave of HIV envelope polyprotein precursor gp160 to gp120 and gp41 prior to viral assembly. Gene is thought to play role in tumor progression.
What are the consequences? “Prion-like domain” yielded in animal studies
Insertions 1 & 2 Produces "Prion-Like Domain" In animal studies, yielded a "Prion-like domain" killing the humanized mice and Rhesus Macaques infected with it, producing Spongiform Encephalopathy and Lewy Bodies.
A part of the brain in Rhesus Macaques monkeys was infected with spike protein. We saw inflammatory cells & lewy bodies, that's Alzheimer's. They didn't have before they were exposed. This is result of the spike protein crossing blood-brain barrier which its exquisitely good at. The spike protein crosses the blood brain barrier and will have damaging neurological effects.
